Kind, effective coaching style

 I’m an USATF Coach certified since 2022 and I just finished my certification with the RRCA which was done in person in July, 2025.  I love running with my clients at least once a week so I can understand their efforts and goals. I will create a very personalized training plan on a weekly/biweekly basis. I find it’s important to be flexible and available to my runners' needs. I’m not a nutritionist nor a personal trainer but through my experience, I will give out tips on nutrition and good strength exercises for runners. Being an overall athlete is an important aspect of running. I use the kind leadership approach as I believe WE are here to help and make each other accountable.  I would consider online coaching if you are not in NYC and interested in working with me; just contact us.
